2 papayas

1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt without added flavor

Peel the papayas and remove the seeds
Cut into small pieces and blend in a blender until smooth. Reserve
In a saucepan, combine water, sweetened condensed milk, and let it boil until the sweetened condensed milk dissolves completely
Remove from heat, add the papaya cream and mix well
Pour into a container and refrigerate until firm, stirring occasionally to prevent ice crystals from forming
Remove from refrigerator, blend with plain non-fat yogurt and vanilla extract in a blender
Distribute the cream into individual cups
Refrigerate to chill
When serving, place 1 tablespoon of plain non-fat yogurt in the center of each cup, make one swirl and decorate with mint leaves.
