4 servings of Pecan Mash
1 tablespoon of butter
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
150g of pecan halves
4 tablespoons of your preferred liqueur

Peel the pecans, cut them in half and remove the seeds
Cut them into slices and reserve
Open four sheets of aluminum foil
Grease the center of each sheet with butter
Place the pecan mash in the center of each sheet, forming a fan shape
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and pecans over the top
Raise the edges of the foil and drizzle with liqueur
Fold the aluminum foil into a cup shape and transfer them to a baking dish
Place in a preheated oven at high heat for about 15 minutes
Serve warm in the same cup.
