1 Cut the cake into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Reserve
2 In another bowl, mix the condensed milk with the chocolate powder and reserve
3 Assemble the pudding: a layer of sorbet, a layer of cake crumbs, a layer of chocolate cream, and a layer of strawberries, in a 20cm diameter by 20cm high refrigerator dish
