1 cup of creamy carrot pulp (available at party supply stores)

In a bowl, mix together the creamy carrot pulp and egg white, adding the water gradually until you get a compact and pliable mixture
If desired, add a hint of mint to the mixture
Dust a mold with the creamy carrot pulp and shape the mixture into small ovinhos
Wrap each ovinho in plastic wrap and let it rest for five minutes
Remove the ovinhos from the mold and let them air dry completely
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then use a fork to coat the ovinhos evenly and place them on parchment paper to dry again
Trim any excess chocolate and wrap each ovinho individually in plastic wrap or aluminum foil
Use as desired or as an Easter egg filling.
