Make a thick Açúcar syrup in a small saucepan, just the right size for the gas burner
Wash the strawberries well, leaving the stems intact
Dry them carefully
When the syrup starts to turn brown, quickly submerge each strawberry into it, holding onto the stems and let them dry on the marble countertop
After they're dry, place them in paper molds
They should be served on the same day, as they become mushy overnight.
