1 cup of rice
1 cup (chopped) of passion fruit concentrated juice
4 1/2 cups of water
3 cloves
1 piece of cinnamon
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 can of cream without serum

Wash the rice
In a pot, put the passion fruit juice, water, cloves, and cinnamon
Bring to boil and let it simmer
Add the rice and cook over low heat until it becomes soft
Add the condensed milk and cook for another five or six minutes

Turn off the heat and mix in the cream
Let it cool a bit and serve in portions
Cold liquid
In a pot, mix the water, passion fruit pulp, sugar, and stir well
Bring to boil and let it thicken over low heat without stirring
Let it cool and serve over the sweet rice.
