In a large refrigerator bowl, combine the sugar and water

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and coconut milk
Add to the syrup, mix well and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through or until a creamy texture forms
Distribute among six servings and let cool
