Heat the coconut milk with sugar to dissolve it
Let it cool
Mix with yogurt and mango puree
Pour into a glass bowl
Beat egg whites until fluffy, gradually add sugar, beating continuously until stiff peaks form
Remove spoonfuls and carefully pass through shredded coconut
Cook in near-boiling water for 2-3 minutes
Place over the cream and refrigerate
Chill for at least 8 hours.
