1 spoonful of unsalted gelatin, flavorless
1/4 cup of papaya puree
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
5 crushed papaya slices, blended in a liquidizer without the seeds
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of whipped cream
1 egg white beaten until stiff peaks form
papaya slices for garnish

Dissolve the gelatin in the papaya puree for 5 minutes
Heat it over low heat with hot water and cook until completely dissolved
Add the milk and sweetened condensed milk
Chill in the refrigerator to thicken
Lightly beat and fold in the crushed papaya, chopped nuts, whipped cream, and egg white, mixing gently
Pour into individual serving dishes or a large serving dish
Chill again in the refrigerator until firm
Garnish with papaya slices and chopped nuts
Serves 6.
