200 g of milk biscuits (available at supermarkets)
1/2 cup of milk
150 g of refined sugar
1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
4 large egg yolks
1 can of heavy cream
100 g of seedless raisins
1/2 cup of granulated chocolate

Soak the milk biscuits in milk lightly and reserve
Beat the sugar with butter until it's well mixed
Add the eggs and beat them well
Add the heavy cream without fat and raisins, mix delicately and create a layer of this cream in a refrigerator
Cover with a layer of milk biscuits and repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up
Finish by covering the entire refrigerator with a layer of milk biscuits
Dress with granulated chocolate
Chill in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap (without letting it touch the milk biscuits), for 2 hours and 30 minutes
Serve chilled.
