Place the gelatin, 4 tablespoons of water, and instant coffee in a blender
Cover and blend slowly for about 20 seconds
Add the warmed milk and blend until the gelatin dissolves
Combine with the chocolate and sugar
Blend until a smooth cream forms
Add the cold milk
Cover and blend well to achieve a creamy texture
Pour into cups and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Serve chilled.
