Pour the condensed milk into a bowl, whisk well, and refrigerate for 45 minutes
Remove from refrigerator and whisk thoroughly
Add the chocolate and cinnamon, and continue whisking until the mixture becomes frothy
Add half of the raisins, and refrigerate for several hours
While that's chilling, let the cakes cool in the refrigerator
Just before serving, place the panna cotta on the cakes, and garnish with the remaining raisins and toasted almonds
Children often love this dessert, which can be made even more substantial by adding two egg yolks and two tablespoons of whipped cream.
