In a saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, and cornstarch
At low heat, whisk until smooth
Gradually add the milk and continue whisking until well combined
At medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes or until thickened and bubbly
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool slightly
Distribute among six ramekins, let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract
Place over the custard in the ramekins.
