2 tablespoons of grated orange zest
3 tablespoons of granulated chocolate

In a double boiler, melt the bittersweet chocolate together with the butter or margarine
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until stiff and well combined
Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture while still warm and stir in the grated orange zest
Mix well
Refrigerate until slightly set
Form into balls of 1.5 cm diameter using this mixture, roll them in granulated chocolate and place them in paper molds
