Massa:
Half liter of strong coffee
3/4 cup (chopped) of ladyfingers
1 cup (coffee) of Amaretto liqueur
2 packages of champagne cookies.
Cream:
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup (chopped) of ladyfingers
400 grams of mascarpone cheese
3 egg whites
Chocolate powder to dust

Mix the coffee, ladyfingers, and liqueur
Soak the cookies and arrange them in a layer in a refrigerator
Cover with cream
Repeat until all ingredients are used up and finish with cream
Refrigerate for four hours and dust with chocolate powder
Cream:
Beat the egg yolks with ladyfingers until fluffy
Remove from blender and mix with mascarpone cheese
Fold in the egg whites delicately
Note: You can substitute mascarpone cheese with a mixture of 1 cup cream cheese, 2 cups heavy cream whipped, and 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin dissolved in 3 tablespoons water.
