2 ripe mangos
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
4 cups of cream sorbet
2 ripe mangos
3/4 cup of sugar

Peel the mangoes
Remove the pits
Puree the mangoes in a blender with the sugar and lemon juice
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Mix quickly with slightly softened cream sorbet
Place in a bowl and refrigerate until firm
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
