4 cups of scalded milk
2 cups of peanut butter, processed into small cubes
1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Place the chocolate and scalded milk in a saucepan and heat until the chocolate melts
Beat well and pour this mixture over the peanut butter cubes
Let it cool
Add melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract
Mix well
Pour into a refractory form
Bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for 1 hour or less
Serve in six portions
Optional: serve with whipped cream or Chantibon
