In a bowl, combine the butter and flour
Add the egg and mix until well combined
Add the flour, yeast, and salt, and mix until a smooth dough forms
Shape into small balls using a spoon and place in a round refrigerator dish, leaving a large space between each ball
If using a 20-centimeter diameter refrigerator dish, place five balls of dough at a time
Fork the top of each ball with a fork that has been dipped in all-purpose flour
Dust with granulated sugar mixed with ground cinnamon
Microwave on high for 1 minute
Turn off, let stand for 1 minute, then microwave again for another minute
Remove and let cool until crispy
Use a spatula to remove the biscuits from the refrigerator.
