2 potatoes
1/2 cup (chalice) of water
2 tablespoons (sop) of butter
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tablespoon (coffee) of nutmeg
Confectioner's sugar to dust

Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes
Place them in a pan with the water, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked through but still firm
Roll out the pastry dough with a rolling pin and cut it into round biscuits using a biscuit cutter
Arrange the pastry discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top them with the mashed potato cubes
Place in the hot oven until the pastry is crispy and dry
Remove from the oven and dust with confectioner's sugar over the still-warm tartlets
