1 envelope of unsweetened gelatin
1 and 1/2 cups (chalice) of warm water
1 cup (chalice) of skimmed milk
3/4 cup (chalice) of passion fruit juice
2 tablespoons of flavorless adhesive
2 egg whites

Dissolve the gelatin in the warm water, add the milk and mix
Pour into a blender and combine the passion fruit juice and adhesive
Beat well
Pour the mixture into a bowl and gently fold in the egg whites
Place in a moist mold and refrigerate until firm.
