Directions

Heat the sweetened condensed milk until it starts to boil

Remove from heat and mix in the dark chocolate chips until smooth

Add the rum and mix well

Beat the egg whites and gradually add the cornstarch

Mix the egg whites gently with the chocolate cream

Wrap the crushed cookies in the mousse and distribute into individual servings

Refrigerate for one hour

When serving, top with white chocolate shavings to taste.
