1 package of your preferred pasta dough
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of cumin
Peru: available meat, torn apart
8 peeled tomatoes, diced
1 can of tomato paste
1 cup of water (240 ml)
Oregano
Salt to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and let it brown for 2 minutes
Add the onion and Peru meat, cook for another 2 minutes
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
After 20 minutes of cooking, stir in the tomato paste, water, and cumin
Let it simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes on low heat
Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with a pinch of oregano
Cook your pasta
Assemble the dish by placing the pasta in a serving dish, covering it with the sauce, and serving.
