Preheat the oven and prepare it for baking
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, then add flour, olive oil, and salt
Mix well
Add more flour and mix until a dough forms
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic
Shape into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap
Let it rise for 40 minutes or until doubled in size
Punch down the dough and form into a disk (optional: leave edges thin for a crisper crust)
Turn the disk over to its flat side, brush with oil, dust with flour, and place on the prepared pan
Bake at 425°F for 8 minutes
If desired, top with your favorite toppings and bake for an additional time
If you want, wrap the cooled pizzas in plastic wrap and freeze them for up to three months.
