1 Pre-baked pizza crust
2 Sliced salami, defatted and cut into strips
4 Tomatoes sliced
150g of mozzarella
3 Tablespoons tomato sauce
Optional: onion slices, olives, and oregano to taste

2 Sliced salami, defatted and cut into strips

150g of mozzarella
3 Tablespoons tomato sauce
Optional: onion slices, olives, and oregano to taste
Soak the salami in water and reserve
Spread the tomato sauce over the pre-baked pizza crust
On one half of the crust, place part of the mozzarella, salami, onion, and olives
Leave the other half for the remaining mozzarella and tomato slices
Add the rest of the mozzarella to the other half and place the tomato slices on top
Sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
