Place the flour on a surface, make a hole in the center and add the butter, egg yolks, and vinegar
Mix well with your fingers
Mix until the dough comes together
Dissolve the salt in the water
Squeeze the water onto the flour mixture using your hands, until it is smooth but still firm
Make a ball, continue to squeeze and knead the dough, until it does not stick to your hands anymore
Open the dough, cut out circles
Add the filling
Drape, moisten the edges and close well with a fork
Baste with 1 egg yolk mixed in water
Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a hot oven (200°C), until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Bake approximately 48 bread rolls.
