On a smooth surface, combine the flour, yeast, and salt
Create a well in the center and add the yogurt, butter, and milk
Mix well and knead slightly with your hands
Unfold the dough on plastic wrap sprinkled with wheat flour, forming a rectangle approximately 25 x 40 cm
Place the prepared filling, chilled beforehand, in the center of the dough (following the direction of the length)
Picking up the corners of the plastic wrap, fold one side of the dough over the filling
Cover with the other side of the dough
Seal the edges well
Brush with the egg
Pick up the dough with the help of the plastic wrap and place it in a greased baking dish
Remove the plastic wrap
Bake in a preheated oven (400°F) for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown
Serve warm, cut into 12 slices
