In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the scallop morsels on both sides
Keep them in the skillet covered
In a separate container, mix together the ginger juice, scallions, and mustard seeds
Cover the scallop morsels with the mixture, then simmer in the skillet over low heat for 5 minutes and serve immediately
