1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger or 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 can of condensed cream passed through a blender

Remove the top from each melon, along the length
Remove the seeds and pulp with a cookie cutter
Mix in the ginger
Put it back into the fruit skin
Serve chilled with whipped cream
