Whisk the egg whites until frothy, then add the sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form
Add the vinegar and whisk a little more
Butter a baking dish with margarine and dust with sugar
Distribute the meringue into four circles and place in a preheated oven at 150°C, or until golden brown
Let cool inside the oven, with the door open
In a blender, blend the whipped cream and sugar until thickened to a chantilly
Place the meringue on a serving plate, cover with the chantilly, and decorate with whole strawberries.
