1 box of frozen cod fillets

3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup toasted and chopped cashew nuts

Allow the cod to thaw completely, without separating the fillets
Place in a refrigerator-friendly baking dish, previously greased, slightly larger than the fish block
Sprinkle with salt
Mix the egg yolk, mayonnaise, and curry powder
Spread on top of the fish and sides
Sprinkle with cashew nuts and bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and puffed up
Bake for about 3 times.
