1/2 cup of black plums, pit removed and chopped
2 cups of cold milk
whipped cream
lime zest

Place the milk and black plums in a blender
Blend well
Pour into two tall glasses
Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream
Dust with lime zest
If desired, add a touch of sweetness.
