8 pineapple rings, drained

In a bowl, combine the butter and flour and spread into 9cm diameter and 5cm height silicone molds greased with butter
Place a pineapple ring at the bottom of each mold
Prepare the cake according to the package instructions and pour it into the molds
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 35 minutes or until, when testing with a toothpick, the mixture comes out clean
Let it cool and demold
Garnish with whole and chopped mint leaves and serve.
