Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Mix the pudding ingredients just to combine
Step 2: Grease a 20 cm diameter mold with butter
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake until firm
Step 3: Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for an hour
Unmold and keep in the refrigerator
Custard Sauce
Mix all the sauce ingredients and cook over low heat until slightly thickened, without boiling
Remove the vanilla bean and let it cool
Serve the sauce over the pudding.
