3 cups of whipped cream

Dissolve the sugar and instant coffee in the water, bring to a boil, then let it simmer
Simmer for 3 minutes
Melt the chocolate chips in a blender with the coffee syrup
Blend for 6 seconds
Add the eggs and blend for another minute
Remove from the blender and mix with the whipped cream
Pour into a 20 cm diameter opening mold and refrigerate until firm
Serve in 6 portions
