Ingredients: 1 cup of sugar; 1 tablespoon of instant coffee; 1 cup of water; 2 cups of medium-dark chocolate chips; 4 eggs; 3 cups of whipped cream

Directions

Dissolve the sugar and instant coffee in the water, bring to a boil, then let it simmer

Simmer for 3 minutes

Melt the chocolate chips in a blender with the coffee syrup

Blend for 6 seconds

Add the eggs and blend for another minute

Remove from the blender and mix with the whipped cream

Pour into a 20 cm diameter opening mold and refrigerate until firm
