Reserve 1 cup of milk and set the remaining 2 cups aside over low heat
While warming, mix the reserved milk with cornstarch and sugar, stirring well to obtain a paste
Add the warm milk slowly, stirring constantly and cooking until a cream forms and the cornstarch is cooked
Add the coconut milk
Let it cool slightly
Peel and cut the oranges into slices
In a glass bowl, place half of the mousse, cover with half of the oranges, and top with half of the coconut
Repeat the layers
Serve 16 pieces.
