Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly
Remove from heat, add the egg yolks and mix well
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding sugar gradually
Add the melted chocolate and liqueur, mixing delicately
Pour into cups and refrigerate
At serving time, garnish with chocolate shavings or granules
