1 can of sweetened condensed milk
250g dark chocolate chips, chopped

Bring the sweetened condensed milk to a simmer
Remove from heat and mix in the chocolate until smooth
Add the rum and mix well
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the cornstarch, mixing until combined
Delicately fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture
Wrap the crushed cookies around the mousse and portion into individual serving dishes
Refrigerate for one hour
When serving, top with white chocolate shavings and decorate to taste.
