Soften the gelatin in the cold water, in a small saucepan, for about 5 minutes
Add the coffee and heat over low flame, stirring until the gelatin has dissolved
Remove from heat
Add the sugar and stir well
Add the cold water and mix well
Refrigerate until it thickens slightly
Add the whipped cream and mix carefully
Pour into a round mold with a 20 cm diameter, lightly greased with oil, and refrigerate until firm
Unmold
Serves 12 people.
