1/2 cup of chocolate syrup

100 ml of whole milk, frozen (preferably type A)
Whipped cream

High-altitude cup (400 ml)
1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
Ice

Wrap the inside of the cup with half of the chocolate syrup
Fill the cup with ice, pour in the coffee and milk
Stir well
Top with whipped cream and finish with the remaining chocolate syrup.
