3 tablespoons of white rum

2 tablespoons of coconut milk
1 cup of cubed ice
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice of pineapple for garnish

Blend the rum, pineapple juice, and coconut milk in a blender until smooth
Add the ice and blend until it has a creamy consistency
Pour into a highball glass or tiki mug and garnish with a cherry and a pineapple slice
