1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of sour cream or fresh or canned (without whey)
3 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/3 cup of hot sauce
3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons of anchovy fillets mashed
1 tablespoon of finely chopped green scallion
2 tablespoons of capers, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and black pepper to taste

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
