In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate with the water, stirring constantly until smooth
Remove from heat
Add the honey gradually
Stir well
Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently
Add the vanilla
Serve warm or cold over ice cream, whipped cream, coffee, or chocolate
Store for up to 10 uses.
