Fry the onion in butter or margarine until golden brown
Add the all-purpose flour gradually and mix well
Cook for 1 minute
In a separate part, combine the yogurt, water, curry powder, beef broth cube, and ginger
Join the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly
Serves 2 1/3 quarts.
