Season the beef fillet with salt and reserve
Blend the garlic, onion, tomato, and butter in a processor or blender until smooth
Place the meat on a 22cm x 29cm refrigerator dish and spread the butter mixture evenly over it
Heat in the microwave at high power for 20 minutes
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Serve hot, with the sauce that remains in the refrigerator
