1 cup of damson jam
1/2 cup of mango chutney (available in jars)
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of grated lime peel

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan
Heat over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until it bubbles
It can be served hot or cold
If you want a slightly different flavor, use apricot jam, peach jam, or plum jam
Use as a fondue for meat or chicken
Make about 1 1/2 cups.
