2 cups cooked and diced chicken
3 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

In a saucepan, melt the butter or margarine and crushed bouillon cube
Add the flour and stir well
Combine the milk and lemon juice, cooking while stirring until thickened
Next, add the red bell pepper and chicken, cooking while stirring until very hot
Serve over warm waffles
