For the basic mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 cup (240 ml) of fresh oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice pulp
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard in powder
1 tablespoon of English sauce
1/4 cup of fresh heavy cream

Prepare the basic mayonnaise: In a bowl, place the eggs and mix with a wooden spoon or electric mixer (whisk) until smooth
If preferred, beat with an electric beater on low speed
Add the oil, pouring slowly while whisking continuously until thickening starts to occur
Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper and mix for another minute until the consistency is that of mayonnaise
Cover and refrigerate
Combine the prepared mayonnaise with the vinegar mixed with mustard and English sauce
Add the whipped cream, mixing well until a homogeneous mixture is achieved
