1 cup of fresh passion fruit juice

Heat the olive oil in a small pan with the garlic until it starts to simmer
When the oil starts to bubble, add the passion fruit juice
Once it's boiling, remove from heat, season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve the sauce cold
It can be stored for up to one week in the refrigerator.
