1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 slices of black bread with the crust, torn into pieces
black pepper to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons vodka
1 tablespoon chopped scallion

Combine the broth, onion, and garlic in a medium saucepan
Cover and let it simmer
Reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes
Add the bread and cook for an additional minute
Blend in a blender
Return to the saucepan
Cook for an additional 6 minutes to thicken slightly
Combine with mustard, scallion, and vodka just before serving
Serve with prosciutto, and garnish with 1 cup
