Mash together the onions, garlic, and peppers in a clay pot until you get a paste
Drizzle the lemon juice on top and mix well
Add the small onion slices
This sauce should be served immediately after preparation, as it ferments easily
It's one of the most commonly used sauces at Baianan tables.
